My name is Marie-Christine Lemoine and I have been an occupational therapist for over 12 years.

After obtaining my master's degree in occupational therapy from McGill University, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse mental health clientele at the Institut Universitaire en santé Mentale de Montréal.

Being a mother of 3 children and having also worked in an employee assistance program to provide broader mental health services has allowed me to diversify my professional experience while seeing the importance of staying grounded in everyday life.

I am committed to supporting individuals, through concrete and sustainable tools and solutions that will make your daily life easier.

Living with an ASD diagnosis can present many daily challenges, such as managing energy levels, prioritizing tasks, regulating emotions, adapting to new routines, and navigating social interactions. Together, we will develop personalized strategies to overcome these obstacles.

Reintegrating into the Workplace Successfully
Balacing Work and family life

Following a leave of absence, it is important to take time to understand the factors that led to the leave, in order to then put in place strategies to prevent a relapse. In addition, having support to mitigate anxiety during the return to work process and evaluate the need for workplace accommodations is advisable.

Balancing work and family life is a significant challenge. Together, we can work to understand your family's unique values and schedule, and develop strategies to ensure everyone feels supported and fulfilled in their daily life.

Appointments

Two types of appointments are available to you: in-person or online.

In-person: I am available to meet with you in person on Tuesday mornings at the Clinique Chiropratique Familiale de Varennes (1950 René-Gaultier).

Online: You can book an online appointment, according the availabilities of my schedule. Sessions are held via video conference (Zoom). If you choose this option, I invite you to schedule a 15-minute introductory meeting (free of charge) so we can meet and assess your needs. I will also take this opportunity to explain how the sessions work.

After each session, you will receive an insurance receipt.
